Located on East Henrietta Rd. in Rush village, just north of the Rte. 251/Rush-Mendon Rd. intersection. There was once an Old Dutch Church located next to the cemetery, to its south.

Inscriptions copied in 1930 by Mary T. Douglas, Irondequoit Chapter, NSDAR, Rochester, NY. They were copied again, Sept. 13, 1992 by June C. Feder of Fairport, NY. (Note: Many bodies were removed to the Pine Hill Cemetery soon after 1863.)

(The body of a black man was shipped back by mistake. Mr. Taft's father viewed the remains but never told anyone else for many years until he related the story to James S. Green of Rush, long afterward.)
