These records from the Brighton Baptist Church were recorded in Early Rochester Family Records in the Dec. 10, 1910 issue of the Rochester Post-Express.

Brighton; June 22, 1818
Agreeable to previous and mutual consultations, the Baptist
Brethren and Sisters of this town met in conference at the home
of Captain Jacob Kennedy, to ascertain their prospects for
becoming constitued into a Baptist church. The following persons
were present:
