GREAT FIRE OF HILTON
Sunday Mar 21, 1965 an early morning
fire raged and destroyed 80% of
Hilton's business district on main street
Governor Nelson Rockefeller declared
Hilton a disaster. Firemen from
surrounding towns quickly came to help
Hilton Fire Dept fight the fire.
