The Spring House was built in 1822, and its location near the old Erie Canal and the famous Monroe Mineral Springs made it famous over a century ago. The name, however, was derived from the top-floor ballroom which "Springs," due to its construction with a double set of joists. This Southern Colonial Home, with the charm of wood burning fireplaces, antiques and early American Decor, will add to your enjoyment of the fine foods and deluxe home baked pastries.
