Midtown Tower Building, highest office building in Rochester, New York, rises 18 stories at the south end of the fabulous Midtown Plaza. It is completely air-conditioned, and the top floors contain the Midtown Tower Hotel, cocktail lounge and spacious restaurant overlooking the city. The Midtown Garage, three levels of underground parking, has a capacity of almost 2,000 cars.
